1, How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it's not shipped, Please contact us to cancel your order.

2, How will I get refunded when I cancel an item?
Your refund will be automatically applied back to your account.
If you received the refund to your original payment method, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.

About Packing & Note for Rugs and Carpet
Our rugs and carpet was folded and compressed in bags for shipping. So when the product arrived at your home, there may be some creases, it will take 3-7 days for the creases to disappear completely.

Please note colours may vary based on photography, and your screen.There may be slight variations in size due to the unique production process. There is no exchange of color and size once order is placed or delivered.

***Three Steps to Flatten Out Bulging Lumps from Packaging
Step 1). Take the rug out of the compressed package
Step 2). Lay the rug up-side-down on a flat floor
Step 3). Use a garment steamer to flatten the creases at a middle temperature

Carpet Cleaning
We suggest you vacuum or wipe it. When cleaning is required,please hand wash and air-dry to make rug fluffy and a long service life. After the rug is air-dried, it’s better if you fluff it. Not recommend machine washable.
In case of spills or stains, promptly use wet wipes to wipe them off, and the marks will vanish!
